Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of BT Lawn Care("BT Lawn Care," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services Description

BT Lawn Care provides lawn care and related property maintenance services for residential and commercial properties in Rock Hill and the greater Charlotte area. Our services include but are not limited to mowing, edging, trimming, hedge and bush trimming, mulch installation, bed maintenance, and seasonal property cleanups.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by BT Lawn Care are free and non-binding until a formal written agreement is signed by both parties. Estimates are based on the scope of work determined during our inspection and are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.

Final pricing may vary from the initial estimate if additional work is discovered during the project. Any changes to the scope of work or pricing will be communicated and approved in writing before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. Generally:

A deposit may be required before work begins
Progress payments may be required on larger projects
Final payment is due upon completion and your approval of the work
We accept check, credit card, and bank transfer

Service Guarantee

BT Lawn Care stands behind the quality of our work. If a completed visit does not meet the standard described in your service agreement, notify us within 48 hours and we will return to address it at no additional charge.

This guarantee covers the quality of our workmanship. It does not cover changes in your lawn's condition caused by weather, drought, pests, disease, or a lack of agreed-upon maintenance. Refer to your service agreement for complete terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BT Lawn Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services or your use of our website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Insurance

BT Lawn Care maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Property Access

You agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to the property on scheduled service days, including unlocking gates and securing pets. BT Lawn Care is not responsible for delays or skipped visits caused by a lack of access, and reserves the right to bill for visits where access could not be obtained as scheduled.

Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled project before work begins, subject to the cancellation terms in your service agreement. Materials ordered specifically for your project may be non-refundable. BT Lawn Care reserves the right to cancel or reschedule work due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Website Use

The content on our website is for general informational purposes only. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the information on our website.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rock Hill, SC.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
